Where to start?! Another testimonial to the effectiveness of essential oils, of course! My husband has been working non-stop on our home doing a major remodel... everything from yanking out old flooring and installing new tile, adding on a new porch with 22-foot high portico, a new entry enclosure, and climbing up 3-story scaffolding to take off areas of our roof to add dormers. Small wonder... He started having muscle spasms in his back Saturday night. Normally, his backaches go on for days and downright take him out of commission. I made him take a hot shower and lie down, then rubbed pan-away and stress-away essential oils on the affected area of his lower back. He slept like a baby and the pain was gone. Today he was back at it again, including carrying 8 foot sheets of plywood up the scaffolding. Yes, his back started hurting again by the evening... go figure. But, he came to me and asked for the essential oils before he went to bed. Shortly after, he was pain free and sound asleep. I have to admit that every time I go to use the essential oils for something new, I am a bit skeptical... wondering of it will work this time.
