Where to start? Miss Addys had a rough start this morning! We got hit harder than ever by a huge before church crowd. We were caught off guard and werent near as prepared as we should have been. Im not making excuses, but we are a brand new business with a mere two weeks under our belts. We arent perfect yet and probably never will be. We made mistakes, and Im pretty sure we will make plenty more in the future. It happens. We got slammed and the kitchen ended up being extremely behind. Orders were being cooked as fast as possible, but it wasnt fast enough and we lost a few tables. Again, it happens and we learn from days like this. We WILL do better. We need patience and understanding on days like this. Our staff is working so hard to make our customers happy. Short of locking the doors, and sending everyone home, we did the best we could today, considering the situation. We wont give up. Miss Addys is going to make it and make it BIG, and it will be all thanks to our amazing staff and loyal and forgiving customers. I do hope that the ones who were disappointed will give us another chance to prove ourselves. Miss Addys
