Whether ballsy or not I have given notice that I will not be returning to my present position at the start of the New Year. Though I have been searching I have not gotten any positive responses to positions I have applied for but I must leave the depths of my work surroundings after 12 years and seek employment elsewhere. Ive gotten some emotional support and may hit some rocky roads but I do not want to look back on my life and feel content that I did the grind and did not feel fulfilled, this applies to many areas in my life.
