Whether highly qualified or qualified its just a ticket for entry point. Thereafter you need to use your brain wisely and work hard, to be rewarded unexpectedly. The problem with the bhutanese is you feel so confident and all knowing when you dont even know the basis of the job. On top we always feel deserving and capable of, while in reality you havent contributed much then being a big burden to the Government. To lazy and not hard working ones in civil service, we should know when to resign and create space for young dynamic ones without job. if everybody in civil service contributes a good eight hours sincerely, we dont see our country being so rich within short span of time. On the contrary, we see most of the time the officers either gone to play Departments tournament of archery or to someother places for personal work. yet, they feel so important and indispensible. I think it is high time we learn to deliver as much as we expect salary increase, despite knowing the fact we are so poor and depend on loans and grants. Wake up gays we are in 21st centuary and needs to do quite a lot!!!!!
