Whether it was allowing me to spend hours in their kitchen observing and learning, offering contracting advice/assistance, helping with food vendors and kitchen layout, teaching me how to operate an eatery, how to manage labor vs food cost, answering any questions I ever had, explaining the ways of the restaurant business, showering us with awesome, ever-important advice, spending weeks on our pottery, creating an awesome logo and web site or making phenomenal menus, signs and tee-shirts… these people have gone above and beyond.
