Whether you are a Liberal, a New Democrat, a (Progressive) Conservative, a Green, a Block, a member of any political party of Canada, or an independent, this subject should concern you. What happened in the last election, and possibly in the two proceeding ones, is a direct attack on your Absolutely Fundamental Right to elect a government of your choice. An attack on your right to participate in the decisions of your nation. And an attack on your right to shape your own and your childrens futures. Canada is a large country, with a relatively small population, we need to elect people to office who demonstrate they have the moral authority to govern, the ethical understanding that ends do not justify the means, and a belief that the land, and its resources, is not just fodder for a war of corporate greed.
