Whew - sometimes even I need some sleep and time off - so: WANTED: an experienced scanner junkie who wants to make some extra coin listening for the Pro News 7 Situation Room. We need an experienced scanner listener who knows the distinction between what is and what is not newsworthy and report what they hear- fast and accurately. Not only should the candidate have a good ear, understand police lingo, ten code and such but always alert to breaking news. This is a contract job for someone who is always listening anyway and would like some extra bucks reporting what he or she hears. It is a perfect position for a retired or home-bound person who already owns a scanner or has internet access to the Pro News 7 Scanner Feed. Keep in mind, you will get paid, but you wont get rich so dont quit your day job. It is a chance for the right news junkie to make a few bucks so the can feed their habit!
