Whew! Had my excitement for the night! Sammy knows how to open the front door with his nose if I dont get it shut tight and he let Angelique out! My little girl decided to lead me on a merry chase around the neighborhood. Shes so fast and she just loves zooming past me. No matter how many times I tried to coax her to me, she would just dash past me at full speed. With crazy neighbors who seem to think my little dead end road is an Indy test track, I started to get panicky! Fortunately cooler heads prevailed and Jason suggested I try the bye bye trick (luring her into the car with the promise of going somewhere) and it worked! I opened the car door and said, Who wants to go? and she came out of nowhere and leaped into the car. We had to go for a ride around the neighborhood so she wasnt disappointed. I wasnt going to make any New Years Resolutions but now I resolve to make sure the door is completely shut!
