Whew! Sure has been fun sharing my favorite songs for 2014! And, truly...that was just the tip of the iceberg:-) I would be remiss not to share the song that is literally changing my music life....I am so honored, grateful, and humbled to have been able to create the very thing I love so much- MUSIC! My first release Be Here feat. Kloud 9 has been overwhelmingly well received in 2014. - it peaked at #28 on the R&B Billboard Charts - it peaked at #2 on the UK Soul Chart and remained on the chart for over 3 months - the music video for Be Here premiered on Centrictv - it allowed me the opportunity to work with some of the most amazing musicians including Kendall Duffie, Kelvis Clyde Duffie, Ralph T. Lofton, Simeon Baker, and Alton Hollis (the guitar riff meister!!) - it is my very first song to get airplay on terrestrial radio and is still in rotation in some markets including SiriusXM Heart & Soul (thank you Dave Dickinson, Tanya J Simpson, and Cayman Kelly !!) And the list really does go on. I have some major announcements coming up in 2015, but what Im most excited about is that my first full length album My Own Skin will be released in 2015!!! Be Here was the first single to be released and it will always hold a very special place in my heart.
