Whew! (sigh of relief) a new project that I have been closely working with the Inventor of a new really cool product for over 9 months finally has some traction and is being molded and assembled. I am so thankful that I have an understanding and patient Customer as after finally kicking it off more challenges than ever expected, I will not allow anything to be shipped that is not 100% as designed and fit, form, function everything it was meant to be. After having Management telling me hands off, our Project Manager takes projects from here, you go sell more, they finally realized that my philosophy, knowledge of the product inside and out they opted to let me take the reins back and make this happen. This what I have done for 35 years and really the way it should be, I am committed 100% from napkin sketch through production and fulfillment and total Customer satisfaction on all new projects now. A Corporate victory for me as I would have it no other way, the Customer is #1 and without a Salesperson that will have it no other way, the Company will eventually fail. Feeling a little victorious at the moment.
