Whew.......very warm today here......mainly because of the humidity......I do not like humidity in general, but particularly hate it when it comes with hot weather, oh well, what are ya gonna do right?.....lol......Anyway, its time to take care of the colonies and have supper. Last night, I was watching a British show called The Supersizers Eat.. and they go to different periods of history (mainly British/European history) and experiment with their diets of that age- from the decades of the 20th century all the way back to ancient Rome. Fascinating.....but I learned that the English word- dinner was originally meant to be the meal taken between mid-day and 4pm....(basically what we modern folks consider lunchtime.....lol......Anyway, for our supper tonight i made vegan enchiladas with left-over soyrizo with some corn, nopalito/cactus, onions, garlic, herbs and some peppers, wrapped in blue corn tortillas and green enchilada sauce......and a side of spanish rice and some refried frijoles and some home-made guacamole with it......mmmm. Cant wait. have a beautiful night and hopefully I have some good news for all tomorrow. .. peace
