Which Affordable Health Plans do I recommend? Sure, there’s Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser, CIGNA, and more. I can assist you in getting started in anyone of these plans. As a result of the Affordable Care Act, there will be more choices and less restrictions on a wide selection Health Care Plans by the year 2014. However, the one I recommend the most begins with a reasonable level of knowledge, a required amount of self-discipline and a whole lot of common sense. It’s nothing new. There are a lot of books, journals, and magazine articles written about it. There are also more than enough so called experts around that will sell you DVD’s and CD’s to watch and listen to. This Affordable Health Plan, I do have a fair amount of experience with and I strongly urge everyone to consider it. It’s called the Preventive Medicine Plan. In addition, regular cardiovascular exercises, sufficient rest and a good diet are the best ways to live a healthy life. Putting yourself under the watchful care of a qualified medical professional and in the case of an emergency, having the right health supplemental insurance policies including emergency medical transportation, hospitalization, disability, and critical illness, will provide for you a better quality of life.
