Which Affordable Health Plans do I recommend? Sure, there’s Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser, CIGNA, and more. I can assist you in getting started in anyone of these plans. As a result of the Affordable Care Act, there will be more choices and less restrictions on a wide selection Health Care Plans by the year 2014. However, the one I recommend the most begins with a reasonable level of knowledge, a required amount of self-discipline and a whole lot of common sense. It’s nothing new. There are a lot of books, journals, and magazine articles written about it. There are also more than enough so called experts around that will sell you DVD’s and CD’s to watch and listen to. This Affordable Health Plan, I do have a fair amount of experience with and I strongly urge everyone to consider it. It’s called the Preventive Medicine Plan. It is pretty straight forward: Eat Right, Exercise, Sufficient Sleep, Practice Good Personal Hygiene and an Annual Physical from a qualified medical professional. Most Health Insurance Plans include an Annual Physical at a little to no cost out of pocket expense. Combine this with the options of either seeing a Physician’s Assistant, a Registered Nurse, or over the phone limited basic health evaluations may be all you need. So it’s recommended that you choose a plan which includes hospitalization, has a high deductible and a low premium. Ideally your only visit to see a doctor will be for the physical. Living, working, and playing in a reasonably sanitary environment along with washing your hands frequently and adhering to all basic personal hygiene, does play a significant part of your overall health. In addition, regular cardiovascular exercises, sufficient rest and a good diet are the best ways to live a healthy life. Putting yourself under the watchful care of a qualified medical professional and in the case of an emergency, having the right health supplemental insurance policies including emergency medical transportation, hospitalization, disability, and critical illness, will provide for you a better quality of life. Now that’s affordable.
