Which exercises? How many reps and sets? Heavy or light weight? Cardio before weights, or after? These questions really dont matter. The important thing is that your pursuit of fitness is not a chore or punishment. Its not another stressor piled on top of the others. Your ability to move your body is a gift. Express gratitude for that gift by engaging in enjoyable physical activities that make you feel happy to be alive. That is what exercise is to me.
