Which is your path? God knows we all have our differences. Maybe that was why after giving us identical numbers of eyes, nose, mouths, hands, fingers, legs e.t.c He decided to make our faces different. Over five billion faces. Humanity is yet to master the natural fact that status of moment is different from position in life. Hitler, Mussolini, Saddam e.t.c were examples of status of moment while Roosevelt, Ghandi, Churchill, Mother Theresa, Mandela are examples of position in life. The world can never forget them. Your attitude to your people is a product of which path you are threading. That is why some people whom God so blessed dont look back at their people on the track behind, instead they are busy shopping for new status friends forgetting that friendship is about people that truly loves you in spite of your so called status. And they are never a burden to you anyway. Whereas, position in life is a product of your large heart of reaching out to people in need of your protection and leadership. And once you give it to them, its like a baton in a relay race thereby ultimately producing multiple leadership. On either paths of life, however, people touch lives, negatively or positively. Have you ever wondered how many lives you have touched positively? Are they your own people or strangers? Strangers can lift you up but it is your own people that can get you there. Life is not a competition of what you are but whom you are. It is not a contest of otherness but our common humanity. It is a choice either to do things that is not worth of recollection or to do things that will be written in history as a golden era, because a man struggling to be noticed should know that his time has not come. When your time comes, the world will notice you without much ado. While you are alive, remember that the earthly race is a marathon, by never loosing sight of the fact that a team only wins the race.
