Which one should I fear the most? Ebola or Terrorism? Thank you so much for all the family and friends checking in on us here in Canada given the recent attacks in Montreal and Ottawa that appeared to be motivated by Jihadist ideologies. The Canadian authorities have ruled out any links between these random acts of lunacy with the ISIS. Further, we are generally safe with security alert heightened to a vigorous level. This means there are more police and security personnel deployed to monitor public places such as the subway, Malls, government offices, games arena, government installations etc. This is a cold season, so outdoor activities are now limited, which reduces public exposure to terror. I personally feel safe and so are many Canadians, at least for now and we hope that it remains so, going forward.
