Which voice most easily drags you out of His presence—Resentment, Bitterness, Self-Pity, Pride, Fear, or Anger? A wonderful method of frontal attack that routs these enemies, which is also a means of building up ourselves, is singing praises to Jesus. To decide to sing in the face of an attack is also an important choice that we make. “And now shall my head be lifted up above my, enemies round about me; in His tent I will offer sacrifices and shouting of joy; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord” (Ps. 27:6 AMP). Enter into His “tent” or presence today and quietly think about Him. Sing a song to Him. If you don’t know a song, use a hymnbook or turn to a Psalm and sing it to Him. “Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; praise Him in the heavens of His power! Praise Him for His mighty acts; praise Him according to the abundance of His greatness!” (Ps. 150:1-2 AMP) Continue until you break through any awkwardness you might feel. HAPPY SABBATH
