Which workout did you do today? I did Amy Bento Rosss Advanced Step Challenge 4 and 2/3s of Ballet Beautiful Cardio Fat Burn. I just love Amys step workouts they are so much fun. They are high energy, complex choreography, pumping music and burn heaps of calories. If you hold on to 1kg hand weights while you are doing your cardio you will also increase the intensity quite a bit. If you have never tried it start with 500 grams and then work your way up. Even if you dont manage to do the whole workout holding the weights you can try to do part of it and keep increasing the duration. It really pays to keep challenging yourself so that your body doesnt stagnate, but is shocked into continually producing results!
