Which workout did you do today? I did Body Rock tv 21 Day Boot camp day 2 + Burn out, Cardio barre arms and legs bonus workouts and 10 minutes of the 10 pounds down abs workout. A nice chop and change combo that mainly focused on lower body with a sprinkle of arms and abs! The 21 day boot camp workout was a big calorie burner with lots of power cardio moves to keep the heart rate high.
