Which workout did you do today? I did BodyRock Hiitmax 13, Studio Sweat Spin Sculpt and SBF Thin Thighs Fast. I am really enjoying including more spinning in my weekly exercise routine again. It is great to combine spinning segments with strength circuits like in the Studio Sweat Spin Sculpt workouts. It is a form of interval training where the spinning focuses on fat burning and gets your heart rate up whereas the strength circuits builds muscle and allows you to get your breath back.
