While AAP appreciates the ‘Swachh Bharat’ initiative taken by the Prime Minister, but unfortunately, his brethren in the state of Delhi have used the entire movement as a mere opportunity to get free publicity, and in this process they have dirtied the area even further. They made a mockery of the entire cleanliness movement, and resorted to cheap tactics such as photoshop to hide their inactivity. But their deceit did not last. On September 17, the Delhi High Court chided the South Delhi Municipal Corporation and the Delhi Development Authority for trying to fool the people by using photoshopped images. The Court said “Somebody has tried to brush up these photographs… is this not touched up?” the court said. “You are trying to shield your officers? This is a lesson in how to fudge records,” the judge said.
