While I agree with every word of the 16th American jurisprudence - TopicsExpress

While I agree with every word of the 16th American jurisprudence as well as the author of this short articles viewpoints regarding it, I do not believe that it is prudent for militias at this point in time to attempt to arrest and try the numerous criminals in our government who regularly violate theyre oaths and who pass and enforce unconstitutional laws. I believe that it is our right, even our obligation, to preserve our Constitution by prosecuting those who seek to subvert it (and actively do so). However, I believe that we have gone so far down the rabbit hole in this country that doing so now what inevitably lead to a civil war. I do not believe that We the People already for a civil war. While it may eventually come to that, I dont think that now is the time. When illegal laws have become such an integrally woven part of the fabric of what we effectively use as our system of laws currently, the undoing of the bastardization of our system of laws (which vastly deviates from what is set forth in the Constitution) is something which must be approached with caution and deliberation, not with unchecked passion or unorganized and unprepared fragmented segments of We the People.
