While I appreciate the efforts by the county govt to revive and to make Kimalel Goat Auction an bigger and a better Project, I want to note that the incident that saw one of the cultural huts torched by unsatisfied individuals was uncalled for. It is an criminal offense. This may be an indicator of disconnect in communication or community involvement. And if such exists then it goes against the constitution which clearly states that such projects requires community participation. If there is any dissatisfaction as it seems then the need to address communitys concerns is urgent else it may derail the noble project. I also urge the local community to use dialog or legal means to resolve their issues instead of taking the law by their hands and I challenge the county government not to ignore concerns of the community.
