While I do not see myself as a climate warming denier, climate science is a very complex thing and I do not think we currently have a clue what is really happening. On one side we have corporate studies which show humans do not have any effect on climate. On the other side we have politically driven science which is just as goofy as proven by the hockey stick graph lies of earlier years - provided by the UN IPCC Just to show how messed up the arena of climate science is, the two following quotes are taken from one of my fave emails - the weekly Science X Newsletter. The first quote is from an article about what can be learned by debating science with trolls. The second is from an article which explains why global warming is taking a break. According to the study, the second important reason for the warming hiatus is that solar irradiance has been weaker than predicted in the past few years. But Lockwood himself stated last year that solar variability this century may reduce warming by: between 0.06 and 0.1 degrees Celsius, a very small fraction of the warming were due to experience as a result of human activity. Read more at: phys.org/news/2014-08-debating-science-withtrolls.html#jCp So, according to these studies by very reputable scientists, global warming is on a break because the sun is not as hot as expected but sunshine has almost no impact on global warming. Hmmmm.
