While I have made pizzas from scratch before. Its been long. Far too long!! Only difference, I decided to keep it 100% whole-wheat this time! To be honest, Im scared of whole-wheat. While all purpose has never failed me, I have had bad experiences with whole wheat. It has worked with added gluten, but otherwise, nah! I was keeping my fingers crossed all day for this dough. Luckily for me, it worked like a charm! Have made three types of pizzas, here, all vegetarian with the same toppings of onion, tomato, green olives, corn and capsicum and mozzarella and cheddar cheese :) 1)Thin-crust 2) Cheesy Crust deep dish 3)Pizza pie Recipe tomorrow :D Enjoy!!
