While I promise Im not a flat-earther who believes each and every sentence of one specific book...until scientist can explain to me the who/what/why and where of the first spec that blew up into our universe I have to continue to ask...what was that first spec suspended in? Where did it come from and why did it blow up? I would have to believe that rational people can read the following paragraph from the article and see it as difficult to resolve as a white-haired bearded guy in a flowing robe creating everything? Scientists believe that the universe exploded from a tiny speck and hurled itself out in all directions in the fraction of a second that followed, beginning just 10 to the minus 35 seconds (roughly one trillionth of a trillionth of a trillionth of a second) after the universes birth. Matter ultimately coalesced hundreds of millions of years later into planets, stars, and ultimately us. I find it easy to balance a belief in god with a belief in a scientific theory that is perhaps more difficult to ever explain than the bible. foxnews/science/2014/03/17/major-discovery-smoking-gun-for-big-bang-expansion-found/
