While I was outside this morning, sitting in my car while on an errand... I noticed how the leaves are really turning and that some of the trees are already losing their leaves. Next to me was a Yield sign - a good sign that I needed to see because there was a fast food place - so yielded to the newer way of eating and taking care of myself, drank the green tea and the water I had with me. Little accomplishments are sometimes huge!
