While I was preparing and partying for Nicoles Bachelorette party (which was so fantastic), my husband was working hard on the basement again. He ran some new wires, put up all the paneling and moulding, replaced some tiles, and reinstalled the pantry cabinet. We bought a new fridge, brought it home, and hooked it up, and put together some metal shelves to replace the desk and shelf we lost. Finally, today, we had carpet installed in the living area and on the stairs. I cannot wait to move the couches and tv back over and let Kenny play! Now some toys can move back down and give us some more room upstairs. I can get all the glasses back in the cabinets, and put the drinks back in the fridge. The basement is again useable, and maybe even better than before! Thank you to Brian, Michael, Glenn AndBarb Monroe for watching the boys, and all of Nicole s bridesmaids, for such a great weekend. I am so excited for the next few weeks.
