While I was watching the news this morning they stated that there are now 23 million feral cats roaming Australia. Can you imagine how many native animals and creatures are being decimated by these disgusting vermin? Just think of it, 23,000,000 mouths to feed and all fed by our precious native fauna. Is there not a virus that can kill and destroy these filthy things without harming our native wild life? If not, why not?? The beautiful Bilby was destroyed almost to total extinction by these feral beasts but have been pulled back from extinction only by the continuous work of a few dedicated people. It cost a fortune to save the Bilby, now its past time to get rid of feral cats completely. The only good cat is a very dead one, no ifs or buts about it. I love Harry Butlers definition of a feral cat, he said Shoot it and if it has bullet holes in it, it was a feral cat!. Cats in any form have absolutely no place here in Australia. Awwwe, but they look so pretty and are so cuddly! you all shout. All our small furry animals are soft and cuddly for those who dont know! CATS on the other hand are viscous cold hearted killers both as pet and ferals. They also carry terrible diseases and can inflict horrific infections when they scratch or bite you. (Ask me how I know!!) Australia doesnt need any cat in any shape or form other than the tigers, leopards, cheaters and the other exotic ones that are kept in a proper zoo and will never be allowed out. Dont come crying and screaming to me about your gorgeous pet pussy, the whole lot, 23,000,000+ of them need to be completely destroyed as soon as possible. Long live our Native fauna!
