While Im laid up and trying my best follow the advise im plotting and planning the next phase or phases of my art career. Ive got to say to get thru half of whats in my head will see me living to about 170….so I may have to drop a few ideas. They centre around painting of course, but with tangents in style/effect and subject matter. Im not going to abandon what Im known for, just be a bit more aggressive in developing further. Additionally, I look forward to producing some videos on the nuts and bolts of the how and why i do my paintings-all of them! My new studio is almost complete and it will give me the space for these developments. Ill post some photos shortly. Until I get to there Im going to review some of the best of my past. One such is the TV episode on the lost temples of Cambodia, Ankhor Wat. It runs for under 30 minutes but it was a real challenge because I have always been puzzled with why great civilisations rise and then fall.
