While at the Small Business Show in Dawson Creek, my mother and I got to finally meet Len Donaldson!! (From previous post). He was a delight to visit with, and did not hesitate to hug both my mother and I. He told us a few old stories, and even gave me a few pictures! The pictures he gave me is of the McDonalds cabin by Mile 428 in 1960, as well as the Microwave tower by Summit Lake around the same time. The photos are in great shape, and a true treasure to receive! The best part of writing this book is getting to meet great people like Len. I look forward to some good visits in the near future :)
