While at the birthday party I received a call from Mike asking if we messed with anything up front before we left at a little before 4, I said no. Why, I asked. Shortly after we left the dogs all charged to the front living room while mike was sleeping before working the night shift. He didnt think much of it and went back to sleep. He woke up and stepped out front later and noticed our screen was completely removed with handprints on it and also our frog lawn ornament was knocked over. We had a neighbor who had a gun stolen out of his car last month and our little beater car door was opened also. The officer told us to call if we had any suspicious activity and they would do a drive through. So we definitely had suspicious activity and mike called dispatch. They told him that they have a hard time believing that this would happen in broad daylight! I came home and saw what was messed with and was furious that this was their response. I called dispatch and they are looking into reprimanding who told mike that! They are patrolling the neighborhood day and night for the next 2 weeks. About damn time they do their job!
