While attending a conference in Christchurch the last two Januarys our youngest daughter has experienced a severe allergic reaction to something environmental while playing outside. In February this year we accepted a call to move to the Christchurch area to plant a church. In the same month we also learned she is highly allergic to birch trees which are prevalent in that area of New Zealand & not Auckland - hence why shes only had this problem when there. So, she now begins a routine of receiving three shots a week for 11 weeks, then monthly for several years. We are thankful to have learned this now when we live in a city where there are specialists to make this diagnosis. We are also thankful for her joy in undergoing such an unpleasant treatment. Though this is being done via the private healthcare system in NZ (the only way to get it done this fast), which is very expensive, we are excited to see the Lords provision.
