While browsing on YouTube for organ music of Herbert Howells, I came upon this novel (to me) method of arranging pages for easy page turns. Jonathan Ryan, playing at St. Pauls in London, appears to have copied the pages as single sheets and attached them to a very large blank book, possibly an artists sketch book. He gets several pages in front of him at once, has to make page turns less often and, presumably, has heavier weight paper to enable secure page changes.
