While everyone thinks Suh is a dirty player, I maintain he just plays in the wrong era. Hes a football player, not a prima donna on the field. If any one has doubts about how he plays, they need only look to NFL films A Football Life of Mean Joe Greene. Hes a Hall of Fame legend, and he got his nick name for a reason. He was a nasty, mean, Neanderthal on the field, until he figured out it was going to take more than just him to win the game. He took sole responsibility when his team lost, was frustrated by the losing and admits taking it out on the opponent. Do I think hes a moron....maybe, but he plays the game the way it was meant to be played...physical, intimidating, and all encompassing. If you need another example try Dick Butkus, Ray Nitchke, Fred the Hammer Williamson......spare me the integrity of the game crap. The integrity of the game died along time ago when it became less about sport, and more about business/law suits/greed. If you ask me, hes one of the few that play the game like its a business and thats why everyone has their panties in a wad. Why is it OK for the owners to be all about business, but not the players? Why do players have to be loyal when the only loyalty to them is if they produce? Some guys just collect a pay check, some play for the love of the game, some are a brand all unto themselves. You really think a 26ish year old monster of a man has the where with all to turn off the switch that easily? How were you when you were 26? Its an emotional game played by overly aggressive young men who arent used to losing......really....go watch some old NFL films....hes tame compared to those guys.
