While in Charlevoix today I shopped in elements gallery Charlevoix Michigan and found a new to me fun thing ... shower fizzles - you tuck them in a corner of your shower (where the water wont fall directly on it) and it lasts for 3-4 showers. They have different options - lavender - peppermint - eucalyptus - even a special Cold & Flu variety. They are called Shower Therapy - and I cant wait to try one out - and if they DO work - have some on hand to give friends when they need a little pick me up. :)
