While in the dollar store today I heard a young boy asking mommy mommy, I know you dont have much money but could I just get this one toy? I promise It wont break. It is only 2cents. Mother, nothing in here is just two cents. I really dont have any money for this. I hear another child say please can I get something too? As I walked around the corner I could see she was a young mother by her self with three children. I saw her counting out money change and singles trying to make it work. At that moment I was told to give her some money just to bless the kids. So I walked around the corner and asked her are you a single mom? She looked at me kind of weird and said yes. I reached towards her and said here is some money to by your children a toy. (they were only looking at some small items.) I looked at the boy who had the biggest smile on his face and I told him, you better bless your mother today, when you get home you have to do something extra special for her. Promise and he said with great enthueasim yes!! Thank you !!! he said. I walked away. When I went to check out I saw the line was long on one side so I headed for the other counter knowing they would open it up. Sure enough a young man whom had talked to me in the isle before answering a question for me open the register. A women who had her arms full bolted from the other lane. I had a cart full so I told her to go ahead of me because I was afraid she was going to loose her stuff and she only had a few items anyway. I talked to her briefly and then he checked me out and I stated God Bless you as I paid the bill. He did not even look up at me or respond. So I stated have a great weekend and out to the car I went. As I was putting my stuff in the car the lady who was behind me in line came up to me and said: God Bless you, even if he didnt respond to you!! She said have a good day and I said god Bless you back and have a great weekend! Next I went to the resale shop still on my quest for that movie Charlottes Web. Well inside a women working there stuck up a conversation with me, talking I told her what I was looking for and she said we usually have that movie come back here and look in these shelves. I looked, she looked and no movie. So she went to get a piece of paper and pen to write my number down so they could call me when one came in. Just as she walked away I looked again and right in front on top of the movies was that movie. I said never mind it is here!!! She looked again and said were did that come from? We both just looked there. I said I dont care, just thank you Lord!!!! Now my quest is over !! See God pulls for you even in small matters. Little things add up and nothing in life is insignificant. I enjoyed watching the movie more than the grandkids did though they were to busy playing with their dollhouse they have not got to play with for about four weeks. They did at times though watch some of the singing parts. Maybe next time. My Message from God today, (on FB ): On this day God wants you to know, its important to appreciate and respect the young ones. Let them feel your love. These children and young people will inherit our earth, and as they have been treated, so will they treat others.
