While it is not a HUGE accomplishment - I am tickled pink that I can now easily use the XL Nikken knee wrap (too fat before). While the scale may not be moving much, apparently the extra padding is at least condensing in volume ;) I am hoping that means it is getting ready to reduce more in mass next :D I had to do both ibuprofen and the tramadol last night, but on the plus side - the effects seem to be lasting well into today, so I have significantly less owies. Now to inspire myself to do some work while I can ;) I want to get rid of more things.
