While legalization faces a lot of political resistance it is becoming a mainstream issue issue with voters because America is tired of the hypocrisy of the governments drug policy where the poor fill our prisons for selling a joint and bankers pay a fine for laundering billions of dollars in illicit drug money and have helped the cartels become so rich they are players in the money markets,without cooperation from the banks since day one that would not be possible. The American voters are tired of a government that claims marijuana has no accepted medical use while millions of patients are following a doctors recommendation using it to successfully treat numerous health issues. The voters are tired of politicians taking lobby money to sit on a committees and make sure no drug reform bills make it through the committee. The voters are tired of the lies,,the entire prohibition of marijuana was built on lies and racial bigotry and is still maintained the for the same purpose.it is a crime against humanity and we the people want drug war crime trials for the many crimes this government has committed with their drug war. Dont take my word for it,walk out at your next political rally and shout out marijuana is a gateway drug and watch your political career sink faster than Obama can turn that ship he has been trying to turn since he took office,apparently the corporations paying for political profit protection are paying well.because so far no real turn has been executed,only more smoke and mirrors.
