While looking on YouTube for something else, I accidentally - TopicsExpress

While looking on YouTube for something else, I accidentally stumbled onto this great old black & white video of Clog Dancing, which I believe was done originally by immigrants here in our southern and appalachian regions from countries who wore wooden Clog Shoes and who probably danced on wooden flooring back in the old country and here in America on wooden barn floors, which when sort of stomping hard made a lot of klacking and booming noises as the sound of each stomp reverberated off of such floors. Its a lot like Irish Step Dancing/Celtic Dancing step styles except Irish Folk Dancers tend to keep their arms almost stiff at their sides, while Clog Dancers do not, and move their arms as so inspired, or to maintain balance control. I immediately thought of my newfound friends Ken Anderson and Rebecca Hall of the Hungrytown duo who had recently performed for Gino and I and about 45 other people here at my beloved Peabody Public Library across the street from my house. I am going to tag Ken and Rebecca so they can watch this great video too, as Rebecca is also a dance teacher who did a few various step dance styles during their music and dance performance that Peabody was so blessed to enjoy! https://youtube/watch?v=cs2j8f7H2WY
