While sitting at the 8U gate at the Play4Tay Tournament talking with Ashley Fleming ( big thanks to him for helping me out Sunday morning ) he came up with a great idea. He said You should post something about everyone trying to have only nice things to say for a whole week. Then I was talking with another person who said they got pretty emotional hearing JD ( Tays Dad ) talk about he wished he had just one more car ride home with her. Im as guilty as the next parent for chewing my kid out over effort, errors, at bats, etc.... but what if you knew it was going to be your last ride home with your little player? What would you tell her, I would bet the ride home from the park would be different. So here is what I would like for you all to do. Make a post to your daughter of all the positive things she does and how proud of her you are and use #lastridehome at the end. This will group them all together I believe. I know this will be and emotional thing for some people as Im kinda teared up as I type this but I would love to read what you would say on your #lastridehome
