While the role of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda is being praised, it is difficult to ignore that this tribunal is the symbol of the one-side Justice that has been imposed in this region… While both Rwandan factions that were in war have committed genocide crimes, war crimes and crimes against humanity against not only Rwandan victims but also against Congolese victims, only the faction that lost the war has been prosecuted… I t is no surprise that Kagame, his army and militias still continue mass crimes in total impunity within the region. The ICTR is the symbol of Injustice that has perpetuated genocide within the region… Since 1994, millions of innocent victims have been killed in total impunity. There is no guarantee that Rwanda is immune against the coming cycle of mass massacres because of the one-side (in)Justice… Africa should get up from such trap that is poisonous for its future… Justice that will help this continent should not be as impartial as that one of the victors that has been imposed in the Great lakes region… As long as there will be no Impartial and Fair Justice where each single individual is equally accountable for his crimes, Africa will be the land of violence, oppression, despotism and misery… ICTR has contributed to the despotism of Kagame and his cronies in the region. This is a shameful legacy of the clontonian cronyism era in the heart of Africa… It is not late to end such shame in opening a prosecution against crimes committed by Kagame and his militias…
