While watching a documentary on the tragic Market Garden operation in WW 2. I googled the term and found a current article by a BBC correspondent purporting to explain what the actual cause of failure of the operation. I wish I had noted that the author was published in the current version of Pravda, which is called the Russian Times. Before I finished the article it became clear that I was reading a product of a follower of the Bigfoot/ Alien/ Pope is antichrist/ Capitalism is evil./ the sky is falling, Tinfoil hat society. I mention this only to warn you not to waste your time on this Market Garden story, and to relate that some of you might find it funny that one of the villans of this particular version of the story is none other than....the granfather of......George Bush. Having been exposed to a lot of Pravda BS back during the cold war years. I am embarrased that I got out of the first paragraph without recognizing it.
