While we abstain from taking sides, or rendering judgement; the information contained on these pages is somewhat stark. The idea that the agency behind the instructor did this (the reasons, nor the true agenda arent entirely clear) is pertinent information within the industry. Standards are there for a reason, if you violate them- the potential consequences are clear, if you dont you shouldnt need to worry that your training agency doesnt have your back.
