While we briefly rejoiced that some are recovering from Ebola, news just surface that the doctor leading the fight against Ebola in Sierra Leone Sheik Umar Khan tested positive and has been admitted to hospital in Kailahun, the epicentre of the outbreak.. This is the worlds deadliest outbreak to date and there is no real cure for Ebola. Symptoms include high fever, bleeding and central nervous system damage. Fatality rate about 90%, Incubation period is two to 21 days. There is no vaccine or cure according to the scientific community. Fruit bats are considered to be the natural host of the virus.
