While we cant get everyone to study hard and pass the exam overnight, I think I appreciate the commitment made by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports to start strengthening the quality. This sends a very strong message to our younger generations and the parents across the country that Cambodia needs qualified and competent human resources and that their active participation is indeed compulsory!
