While we suspect this case could be at risk on appeal due to the trend toward challenging Class Action Discrimination lawsuits, based on the aggregation of plaintiffs who are not similar enough, we ABSOLUTELY believe that ALL Workers should be paid for any time that they commit for the purpose of any work related activity. Unless of course, that they work for Verizon, where 12 hour, a fourth pay days are mandatory and employees have no EEO rights whatsoever. Keep plugging away at this issue though, because in principle this is a WINNING concept. Employers have tried to chip away at this for decades, but any time that you have to appear at your job or travel for your job or take a test for your job, or train for your job. No Freebies. People get so excited about these decisions but they forget that ACTIVIST APPELLATE COURTS lie in wait to reverse any advances that Employees make in the protection of their rights. END DISCRIMINATION NOW
