“While we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about.” - Angela Schwindt A beautiful day yesterday at the Point San Luis Lighthouse - Avila Beach 40 or so children 9 - 10 years of age visited us yesterday and had a full day of learning the history of this landmark Central Coast property. For my part, I took 8-10 children at a time, gave them cameras and we explored the grounds of this beautiful property. Just the best of times, I experienced the Lighthouse through their eyes and they in turn produced over 1,600 images illustrating their energy, excitement and Art. A day that captured my heart...
