While youre waiting... Waiting can be the hardest thing to do sometimes. But to patiently wait? Not a chance! In a world of instant feedback, waiting impatiently seems to be our natural response. Sometimes waiting is inevitable. You may be waiting for a final grade, waiting for a flight that got delayed, or maybe even waiting for a test result from the doctor. All outcomes are left out of your hands, but who holds yours while you wait? Waiting patiently for anything can be quite overwhelming. Instead of holding your breath until you see some results, try putting your trust in Him. God has you in the palm of his mighty hand and wants to give you a newfound peace, joy, hope, and happiness. All you have to do is ask! Instead of worrying, give it to the one who can cast all of your fears away (Psalm 55:22). So the next time you find yourself in need of patience, look to Him! But while you wait patiently, continue to seek after God for he longs to have your heart completely. I pray you find peace and comfort this week and find a renewed strength to wait patiently or to continue waiting for that something in your life.
