Whilst I was losing weight, some people thought I was being miserable and too serious because I wasnt my former old self. I was me just being disciplined in what I ate or drank to achieve the goal that I wanted, I am still like this now but am more amicable and in the right way about my food choices just adding more variety. Since my dramatic change a lot of people who I have known for a very long time havent even recognized me. It’s been fun quite a lot of the time. Most people’s reactions have been well very shocked and unbelievable one person my fiancé knew thought that I was another woman that he was with and he was adamant that I wasnt the same one. There are always those few who just dont see any positive in anything that you have done and try to damn you and absorb every bit of hard work and determination that you worked for, its mainly jealousy I believe, so I just ignore them. From the first day I started it was obvious that the only way I was going to be able to change, was to change the type of food I had previously been subjecting my body to the junk food high trans fat and high sugar the bad stuff, and replace with good wholesome foods fruit and veg etc and lots of protein and h20. My tips are these : You need to discipline yourself. Because no one can do it for you If you exercise, your metabolism rises and it releases endorphins. Also the support is crucial whether it be a family member or a friend And the final one is there is no I can theres I will and believe
