Whilst I would love to help, and Jax and I have worked together - TopicsExpress

Whilst I would love to help, and Jax and I have worked together for over 2 years now putting shows on, my work with Guardamar Town Hall, is more than enough to fry the brain. However, one thing on here is bugging me, and ideally if anyone has a bit of Spanish do some research, but my doubts spring from 2 sources. Firstly, Jean Paul Mulero from Torrevieja council wrote: After carefully studying the law imposed by the European Union in 2003, the council has tried to find ways to relax this law. N.B European Union. So, the United Kingdom, critical as it is of many European Directives... is one of the first to implement them. So, this being the case, how is it that the reference to UK music laws first posted by Bryn Slack a few days ago, is from 2012??? Somewhere, something smells. If anyone has the time, I think theres something in this. Sorry I cant devote the time to doing the legwork, but surely someone else speaks Spanish out of all of you? Remember this is a Spanish problem too, just see the news about the cancelled festival today. Isolation and jingoism will not get anyone anywhere. Get the Spanish on your side and it will be even better.
